FleetEdge is a connected fleet management platform used by fleet owners, fleet managers, maintenance managers, trip managers etc. for planning trips, tracking their fleet and analysing the information gathered from their vehicles.
Objectives
Assess the needs of current customers and their roles to understand essential features they require. Provide additional value that helps to position the product in the market.
Redesign the existing FleetEdge platform to provide the wide variety of new metrics from the vehicle data and to serve the customers with actionable insights.
Increase user engagement and user onboarding that eventually let’s the company implement a pricing tier.
Introduce a shareable Reports section that generates a report of the fleet performance over a selected period of time.

Interviewing 30+ users in different roles throughout India to understand their workflow and essential functionality
Organise and prioritise interview insights into actionable UX tasks
Wire-framing and visual design
Remote testing with 40+ users to gather feedback and iterate on the design.
